The Most Outstanding Wrestler Award has been renamed to reflect and recognize Ben Aleks for all that he has done for the Fermi Wresting family.

A plaque in the Fermi High School lobby honors all past and future recipients.
The plaque reads: The Ben Aleks Outstanding Wrestler Award Dedicated to former Fermi Wdestling coach, Ben Aleks.
Ben played an integral part in the development of Fermi Wrestling.

The Joyce and Larry Jones #1 Fan Award is dedicated to Joyce and Larry Jones.
Joyce and Larry have been following their favorite wrestlers for over 30 years.
During this time, they have only missed a handful of meets.
Their dedication to the Fermi Wresting family and the sport of wrestling is second to none.

Annually, the head coach will honor a fan or fans that he feels have gone "above and beyond the call of duty."
